Steps to increase your spell capacity in Hustle Castle
Hustle Castle Spells are useful in PvP, PvE , Portal and Gem Bay. But, it’s easy to run out of them causing you to have to wait until they are ready to finish things.
However, if you do gem bay a certain way, you will always have a nice reserve of spells. This is because with gem bay, any spells that you don’t use will be returned to you once your journey is over. To understand what this looks like, before going to gem bay, go to your magic lab and look at how many spells are there. Notice that you are supposed to be able to have a total of 18 spells (prepared and queued). That number will be lower if you don’t have a premium account. In my case it says I have 25 prepared/queued spells. I’m not supposed to be able to do that. Now let’s see what happens when we use gem bay to increase the number of spells I have.
Go to Gem Bay, Start your journey
Set up your army as usual. Press Confirm. Tip: in my case I typically only bring the 6 troops, maybe 8, never 12 because I’ve read that makes your opponents tougher).
If you didn’t fill your army, it will ask if you want to take more units with you. press Attack. Immediately, you get a warning that you can bring spells with you. Make sure you press Add.
Fill your spells completely
Fill your spells completely. There’s no reason not to. Any spells you don’t use will be returned. That’s the point of what we’re doing here. Press confirm
Click Attack to proceed
Add mercenaries (Optional. I never do). Add any spells that you purchase (optional I never do.). Everything is set up to start your first battle. DON’T START YET! Click the x in the top right corner to leave this screen. DO NOT END THE JOURNEY, just exit the screen!
Go to the magic workshop – press Craft. Craft more spells until it stops you.
Go back to gem bay and do your attacks as normal. When done END YOUR JOURNEY as usual.
When you go back to your magic lab you will have a bunch of extra spells! If you do gem bay twice a day, you will have even more.
