What are Clan games?
Clan Games is a Clash of Clans event introduced in December of 2017. Clan games are events where members complete a series of challenges to get points for themselves and the clan, ultimately to provide the team with a series of sweet clan rewards.
How do you participate?’
Well first, be in a clan right?
Clan Games are automatically available to players with a Town Hall level 6 or higher. Then be at least a town hall level six or above and you qualify
When
Keep an eye on the left hand side of your village to discover when the next clan game is going to start. you can also check out your events button in game.
The Clan Games event follows no set pattern, so it’s really up to the Clan Games host (some of y’all might know them as supercell) for when the next one rolls into town. Till then you can prepare.
Example:, maybe upgrade heroes or build your bases a certain way, whatever makes it easiest for you to complete the games.
Now don’t sweat it. After you’ve done in a game or two, you’ll know how you wanna prep,
Remember once you choose your first challenge, you’re in. it’s that easy, but be loyal because you cant participate in a different clan’s challenge after that.
Game play
So its game time, what do you do? Just click on the wagon. Here you’ll see your list of challenges. Lets choose one.
The one highlighted on the image above is a Dark Elixer Storage raid challenge – Destroy 2 dark elixir storages in Multiplayer battles Note that you get 300 points and have 8 hours to complete the challenge.
But wait! What if you take on a challenge and you’re like “Dang, I can’t do that!” You can cancel it. But there will be a cool down period before you can grab another one. Do this with caution. Oh, and if you’re in a hurry, you can use gems to skip the cool down.
That’s it! Your locked into the challenge!
Once Challenges are taken up by a member, new ones appear in their place, so a clan can never run out of Challenges to take on.
All Clan members will get to select their rewards as soon as the event ends. Lets take a look at that… (go to video)

When the Clan Games Period Ends, it’s rewards time!
Time to see what we won. Click on the wagon to see what’s available.
You can choose one reward from each column so you need to think about what you need the most. You may click on the letter I in the top corner to see an expiation.
When done, you may add it to your clan castle. Here it will stay until you are ready to use it.
Finally, you’ll get a summary of the clans score, your score, rewards received, Clan XP and scroll down to see the list of your teammates who helped your team win all this sweet stuff.
Tips:
- Clan leaders can decide some of the rules the team must follow for their clan games. These can vary from clan to clan.
Some clans have rules of fair play such as “You must earn 1000 clan points to participate”. Make sure you follow those rules as well. - When you first open the Clan Games Caravan you are locked into your current Clan’s Clan Games rewards – no hopping.
- If you leave the clan (or are kicked) before clan games are over, you will still obtain the benefits you earned so far. But if you’re not a team player, you might not be welcome back.
- Some challenges are easier than others, it might be a good idea to partner with your clan mates to work together to get more overall points.
- All Clans participating in the Clan Games are offered the same rewards in each threshold. The only exception being that Dark Elixir won’t be available if you are below Town Hall 7.
- The quantity of the Clan Games rewards are adjusted based on your Treasury capacity. Treasury capacity is affected by your Town Hall level and Clan Perks levels.
- Clan games are about teamwork. The team needs to get them points pronto. Work with each other and encourage participation.
